ALI KATOOT
CEO

As CEO of MK Industries, Mr. Katoot oversees a portfolio that consists of over two million square feet of residential, commercial and warehouse space. Mr. Katoot is heavily involved in the general operations, strategic planning, and growth of all aspects of MK Industries and MK Trade & Food Industries, LLC to include real estate investment, global commodity trading, with expansion into food product manufacturing processing. He leads a strong and rapidly expanding management team made up of highly skilled individuals who specialize in achieving optimum success in today's ever-changing economy.

He possesses an in depth ability to see the maximum potential within his portfolio of real estate investments made up of primarily distressed properties that he works to transform into stellar examples of real estate today.  Promptly after purchasing a property, he works towards producing immediate results. He works closely with his team in preparing an agenda, which includes clear short and long-term goals to sustain the properties growth in the months, and years to come. With his leadership, MK Industries has consistently produced higher occupancies, lower delinquencies, and greater customer relations, all while enhancing an assets surroundings, revitalizing the market area, and giving back to the community.

Mr. Katoot also specializes in food and bulk commodity trading of various goods like rice, sugar, pasta, cement, and overstock clothing. He has experience trading in the Middle East, South America, and West Africa. He holds dual Master's degrees in Business and Software Engineering.

AHMED A. HUSSEIN
VP New Business Development

Mr. Hussein brings to us over 25 years of leadership within the food industry market specializing in product development and process innovation.  Over the past 15 years, Mr. Hussein has established food production facilities in India, China, Brazil and South Africa.  He has also successfully engaged in technology transfer, product customization for the targeted market requirements, and the launching of many new products at contract manufacturing facilities in Italy, India, Spain, Brazil, Ireland, and within the U.S. 

In addition to having international product development roles with several U.S. based companies, Mr. Hussein has established and led the innovation & new technology departments for the IFFCO Group of Companies based in Dubai, UAE. He has also held leading positions with such companies as Proctor & Gamble, Rich Products Corporation, H.C. Brill (a CSM Bakery Company), IFFCO Group of Companies, and Focus Brands International. 

Over the years, Mr. Hussein has developed many value-added food products and authored several international patents in food product development and processing.  Mr. Hussein holds dual Master’s Degrees in Food Science from Cornell University and Food Engineering from the University of Toronto.

PATRICK KELLY
Project Manager

Mr. Kelly’s primary responsibilities include overseeing purchasing, acquisitions, strategic planning, and management of all facility and residential property maintenance throughout the entire company's portfolio. He is also heavily involved with other aspects of the company's business in developing and implementing solid operating standards and growth strategy for the business.

NABIL ELSAQA
Treasurer

Mr. Elsaqa is responsible for the financial management at MK Industries along with overseeing the closing process on all newly acquired acquisitions.  Mr. Elsaqa is experienced, skilled and a true expert in real estate business.  He is highly successful and widely connected with industry vendors and insiders.

HASSAN ZABALAWI

Chief Engineer

Mr. Zabalawi, as the Chief Engineer for MK Industries, is responsible for transforming Mr. Kelly’s plans and ideals into actual day-to-day construction plans. His experience and diligence makes him best suited for ensuring plans become reality for our properties in the most efficient and effective ways possible.

CRYSTAL CARROLL
CAMM, HCCP, Director of Operations

Mrs. Carroll is the Director of Operations for MK Industries, and is responsible for overseeing all the daily operations of the residential property management. This includes closely monitoring all of the assets, development, training, and implementation of all aspects of the property management division. She works closely with Mr. Katoot to ensure the company objectives are met with excellence.

ABDULLAH KATOOT
Pharmacist

With a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Mercer University, Abdullah’s primary areas of business include human pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare products as well as dietary supplements. Developing and sustaining productive business partnerships with customers across the globe.

WENDY SCHOFIELD
Operations Director

Wendy Schofield is over Operations and is the Head of Production at the West End Production Park (WEPP), the entertainment component of MKIndustries. Wendy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her extensive experience in broadcasting and production which spans over 20 years.

Wendy’s media credentials include reporting and newscast writing for NBC Universal, On-Air FM Radio Personality, Entertainment Reporter, News Anchor and Talk Show Host. In addition to being out front,Wendy enjoys the action behind the scenes so overseeing production at the WEPP was a perfect match. "Katoot Entertainment is poised and ready to take on unique production opportunities that will make a mark in the entertainment industry” Wendy says with confidence.

Wendy has been CEO of her own Media, Marketing and Production Companies and has worked with A-list Entertainers, Politicians and the like. This former NFL Cheerleader and NBA Dancer is a native of Miami and holds a BBA degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.

Enimini Antia-Obong
Property Director

Enimini Antia-Obong is a provocative leader and problem solver. With over twenty years of experience, Enimini uses her vast knowledge of Operations and business management paired with her eye for detail and ability to train employees to manage one of MKI’s properties. Enimini uses promotional aspects from her marketing background to create events for our properties and bring more diverse participation from different people, business and cultures. Enimini enjoys helping the business within our commercial space thrive and assisting them in growing and excelling their businesses.

Hassan Metwaly
Construction Manager

Hassan Metwaly hails from Panama City, Florida and he received a bachelor’s degree from the Arab Academy in construction and civil engineering. Hassan brings with him 13 years of experience and loves working at MKI because he enjoys being able to assist his family in changing the lives of others in the community. His keen eye for detail and accuracy provides MKI with the advantage over other companies within the construction and real estate realm.

Mohamed Cheikhouna
Project Manager

Mohamed Cheikhouna is a project manager with decades of experience in international trade; fluent in French, Russian, Arabic, and English Mohamed provides MKI with a plethora of skills including but not limited too contract negotiation, project management, marketing and sales and so much more. Mohamed enjoys traveling for MKI as he helps bring us to new international heights.

Ji Liu
Comptroller

Ji Liu graduated from Oklahoma City University and Chongqing T&B University, where she earned a Master of Science and Undergraduate in Accounting. Ji brings a tenacious and driven spirit to her work and is the CPA and Controller of MKI Accounting Department specializing in financial budgets, accounting systems and business taxes. With many years of experience, Ji uses her educational background to provide the accounting team with accurate numbers and brings a jovial persona to MKI that continues to uplift the office.

Ibraheem Katoot
Marketing Manager

Ibraheem Katoot is a Georgia State graduate with a love for helping his community. With great advice from his uncle, Ali, Ibraheem began to follow his passion which led him to join the family business. Ibraheem uses his degree in History and minor in political science, to engage with clients bringing their needs to the forefront of MKI’s services. Ibraheem’s amicable charm and keen business sense allow MKI to flourish and continue to reach new heights with his marketing and interpersonal skills. Ibraheem loves working at MKI because it provides him with new opportunities everyday and allows him to thrive within MKIs family-style environment.

Chelsea Kendrick
Executive Assistant

Chelsea Kendrick is a tenacious, hardworking young woman. She went to school at University of West Georgia where she worked on a degree in Marketing. She is passionate about helping others and has 10 years of customer service experience that she enjoys utilizing every day. She aspires to become a serial entrepreneur and is currently working on getting her real estate license. She enjoys working at MKI and is excited to see what the future for herself and the company.

Yitong Li
Accountant

Ms Li is the Accounting Clerk of Mk Industries. Graduated from Troy University. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Master of Science in Business Administration and Finance Degree. She is responsible for the companies basic accounting office tasks, as well as the resolution of property tax bill problem. Dedicated to ensuring information is complete and error-free, with a sharp eye for pinpointing red flags and areas for improvement.
